Adrenaline Dance Force is a mobile dance company dedicated to teaching young dancers all over the Metro DC Area! We bring OUR program to YOU! We teach all forms of dance in schools, community centers, studios, gyms. Our experienced instructors will further your dance experience! Adrenaline Dance was created in 2003 by Jennifer Koonce, and in 2009 she teamed up with Megs Early to further the company through their partnership! Together their experience with instructing and coaching young dancers has inspired them to reach out to kids all over the area through camps, workshops, and classes in schools, community centers, gym, master classes, choreography and more. Since the inception of the company, we have instructed hundreds of dancers who have gone on to make many high school teams, and college dance and cheer teams such as Unversity of Alabama, Duke, George Washington University, Geroge Mason Unversity, just to name a few! We offer regular classes and training at the Vienna Community Center and several elementary schools. We also offer private camps for dance teams, weekend workshops, and dance team training sessions to prepare dancers for auditions. Call us!! Capitol Movement, Inc. (CMI) believes in making dance accessible to all people. It is our mission to build better lives through dance by partnering with community organizations to provide disadvantaged youth and under-served citizens the chance to participate in and patronize the arts in Washington, DC.
We also create opportunities for underprivileged DC area dancers to train and perform at the professional level. We represent dance in all its forms and styles as this transcends all boundaries and nurtures our mission.
